Mysa Hus is a modern family home inspired by the Swedish concept of “mysa,” which centers on comfort, simplicity, and intentional living. Set in a quiet landscape, the design evokes a feeling of calm — like a warm drink on a cold day or an afternoon nap in the sun. The architecture leans into soft textures, natural materials, and quiet transitions, creating a space that feels both grounded and open.

NOMINN partnered with KA Designs, Oho Interiors, and Mark D. Williams Custom Homes to help shape and visualize this philosophy-driven home. Working from early design concepts, we created a detailed 3D model that supported the team’s design development. Throughout the process, we focused on communicating the emotional tone of the project, capturing how layout, material, and light all contribute to a sense of ease and connection.

The final images highlight the subtle strength of Mysa Hus—where each space is distilled down to what matters most. Our visuals reflect the shared intent behind the design: to build a home rooted in feeling and function, with space to grow, gather, and rest.
