Little-Mod is an urban infill project in Saint Paul’s West 7th neighborhood. The duplex contains twelve bedroom/bathroom suites across two units, with a simple material palette of wood and large-format panels.

NOMINN worked with BLOK Studio to visualize the project from early design through completion. The site presented several challenges, including significant grade changes, nearby bedrock, and a limited buildable footprint.

The imagery explores how the building fits within the existing neighborhood and responds to the changing terrain of the site.
